Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover the DPF cleaning, diagnostics and related diesel services provided by Clean Flow DPF (Keith William Godfrey, ABN 75 403 580 075), 3/59 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509. By booking with us, you agree to them. They’re written in plain English and don’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our service & the starting price from $650

Our standard DPF clean at our North Lakes workshop is from $650 for light vehicles (passenger diesels, 4WDs, utes and normal vans). If we find another fault causing the problem, we’ll call you with a quote before doing any extra work. It includes a diagnostic assessment, a 2-part chemical clean and flush, a forced regeneration and a system reset, carried out on the vehicle. Trucks, heavy vehicles and mobile service are quoted individually. Mobile service is available by quote in suitable locations, call to check.

What our from-$650 price does not cover: replacement parts, sensors or components, and repairs to other faults found during diagnosis. We’ll quote any extra work and only go ahead with your OK.

If your DPF can’t be cleaned

If we find the DPF is cracked, melted, physically damaged or too ash-bound to clean safely, we’ll tell you before any cleaning is done. An assessment fee applies in that case, and we’ll give you your replacement options.

Bookings & the workshop

Every booking, whether online, by phone or by text, is a request until we confirm your drop-off day with you. Workshop hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm by appointment, Sat until 12:00 noon by appointment, Sun closed. Booked work is by appointment; call or text to arrange. You’re welcome to drop in for a scan or quick quote. Most standard DPF cleans are ready by the end of the day. If we find extra work or parts that need replacing, Keith will call you before going ahead. Timing is a guide only, not a guarantee. Workshop bookings by drop-off day. Cancellations & no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. There’s no cancellation fee at this stage, but repeat no-shows may be charged.

Mobile jobs

Mobile service is quoted per job. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and there’s a safe place to work. If we travel to you and the job can’t go ahead, a call-out fee applies. The amount is shown in your quote.

Drop-off & collection

Drop off on your booked day and plan to collect at the end of the day, or as arranged. There’s no storage fee. We don’t offer an after-hours key drop. Please don’t leave valuables in the vehicle.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer and Afterpay, with no card surcharge. The vehicle is released once payment is made.

Our 30-day recheck

Every job gets the same thorough process: we diagnose why the DPF is blocked, clean it on the vehicle, and test it before handover so it’s running properly when you collect it. If the same DPF fault returns within 30 days, contact us and we’ll recheck it at no charge. A DPF can block again if an underlying cause isn’t fixed (for example sensor, boost, injector, oil or driving-pattern issues), and we’ll always tell you what we find and recommend. We can’t guarantee against new faults, existing damage, or problems caused by how the vehicle is driven or maintained afterwards.

Legal note on DPF removal

Removing or disabling a DPF is illegal for registered on-road vehicles in Queensland and across Australia. Off-road, competition and machinery use only, not for registered road vehicles.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to book and do the job, such as your name, phone number and vehicle details, plus your address for mobile jobs. See our Privacy Policy.
